I had contacted wheeling cycle supply after I had read on a forum that they offered a direct bolt on front rotor for the wr250r with wr250x wheels installed so that you didn't have to buy a complete brake setup and swap each time you changed wheels. This was exactly what I wanted. I ordered the rotor ($188, so not exactly cheap) and after a short period of time it arrived. I centered the rotor (which was a pita) the best I could on the front wheel and bolted it down using the bolts sent in the kit. The washers supplied were unnecessary and would cause the bolts to hit the caliper making it so I couldn't spin the wheel. Removed the washers and reinstalled and everything fit well. I took it out for a ride and had shuddering through the front brake lever. I spoke with Forrest multiple times and at this point he seemed like a good guy, it wasn't until they had to send me a replacement rotor because they screwed up the grinding of the rotor 2 TIMES (turns out it wasn't even necessary) that the true Forrest came out. After discovering that the second rotor was messed up as well I sourced my own replacement rotor for a fraction of the cost of the one they sell and it looks way cooler and is just as good of quality. I mentioned this to Forest and gave him links to the cheaper rotors to try and save people some money but he didn't care, or appreciate it. I apologized for the time it took to get the rotor situation figured out and I wasn't mad or hostel toward Wheeling Cycle Supply but when I found out that they didn't refund me entirely I asked Forrest about it. He tried to blame me for some blue paint-like substance that was on the first rotor for the reason he didn't refund me fully (the difference was the cost of shipping so they didn't refund shipping). With as understanding of the situation as I was I don't know why he was treating me as bad as he was. He called my personal phone and started going off on me about the "blue paint" and how "stupid of an idea the other rotors were". I was absolutely shocked and couldn't say anything at the time. He was swearing and yelling and please excuse my language but he was being a real ass. He ended the call by telling me to take it up with PayPal and to "leave him alone". I have never had a company treat me this way. Especially when your company is the one that messed up. I was the customer and I was patient and understanding the whole time. I didn't deserve that. If you're needing motorcycle parts look elsewhere.
