Went to see Dr. Canestraro after a horrible experience with another dentist elsewhere. He took his time talking to me about my problems, corrected the other dentists work and did the rest of the work I needed done. He is very professional, and did a wonderful job and I had no discomfort as he was always asking me if I was comfortable. He doesnt try to upsell either, just does what has to be done. I would highly recommend him and will continue going to see him. I was so nervous Id be in pain and left his office feeling like a weight had been lifted. It was as great an experience as you can have at the dentist.
He had a broken tooth and his crown was under $1,000, which is below national average range. He did a great job with painkiller ... he didn't feel a thing and he is very sensitive as to your discomfort.
Making an appointment was easy they got my husband in within 3 days, and he was a new patient. The cleaning was one of the best he has ever had, and he has had a a lot (I am 58 and lived in 4 states) as he goes to dentist every 6 months. Dr Vic doesn't try to sell you anything you don't really need which is one of my biggest fears/problems with other dentists.
As an interesting side note, Dr Vic volunteers at Madison Elementary School to help the kids living below the poverty line on Wheeling Island. I like supporting businesses that give back to the neighborhood.
