Horrible! I called to get a quote on home owners insurance lady couldn't figure nothing out I asked for an appointment for the next day she completely ignored me. She told me she'd call me back. So I went in the next day. They took some info down again. The office was empty they weren't dealing with no customers at all. So this guy told me to leave basically pushing me out the door.. he told me he'd call me later on that day. Never got any calls from this place back. I should have been able to get insurance that day walking in there or even over the phone really. So I called State Farm that day since no one had called me back and still hasn't. I got insurance through them within 30 minutes of calling !
