Absolute trash! I made a reservation and then the manager contacted me a week later and told me I had to call customer service to make sure my truck would be there. Which is apparently my responsibility? I was told my truck would be there. And then I was once again contacted by the manager telling me there was still no truck and I had to call customer service once again. After getting transferred around to several people they told me they would have to call me back. Then at 6 pm the night before our reservation they called and said there was no truck for us. They said there was a truck an hour and a half out of the way but I would have to go get it. They offered no explanation and barely apologized. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible experience!
