I always take my dogs to them! They have great prices and do such a good job. They always get so excited to see my dogs and have great customer service.
We took our 2 dogs in to get groomed. My mother had used them in the past, and based on her recomendation we decided to give them a try after moving back to the area. I was greeted with bad attitude regarding the dogs and the ability to even get them cut. Then they called me at 1:11 to tell me they were done, and that they were closing at 1:30!! I called back to verify and was informed that I was told they were closing "between 12:30 and 1". I was not told any such thing. I will NEVER EVER use these people again!! VERY UNHAPPY!
Sassy Dogs is great! We take all our dogs there for their grooming. I even pop in sometimes to have my chihuahua's nails trimmed, without an appointment, and they are gracious and helpful.
I just took my two mini schnauzers to Sassy Dogs this morning for the first time and am very impressed with the quality of service that I received. The staff was very friendly and professional, one of my girls has severe anxiety and I was worried about how she would behave. The staff was very understanding and called me with updates to set me at ease. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to returning with my girls soon!
