Beautiful, historic theatre! If you have the chance to see a show here, do it. The sound in here is fantastic.
The Capitol is a very nice historic theater on Main Street in downtown Wheeling, WV. There are a few parking areas close to the theater; we paid $5 to park in a lot less than a block away. My only concern is the handling of handicapped seating tickets online. We wanted tickets to the Wheeling Jamboree Christmas show, and online you are directed to a special page asking you to verify your handicap. I submitted the form and was told that a representative would contact me within 72 hours. I never heard from anyone. We were able to get handicapped tickets at the theater, but that might always be possible. Staff at the theater were friendly and helpful, and the show was good, with the exception of some sound issues. I would recommend it.

Only venue like it in the area... you've got to go all the way to Pittsburgh to get anything close to the Capitol! It's a beauty inside and has a long interesting history.
